Richard Berkshire

Richard has combined his life-long love for skiing, biking and fly fishing in Aspen into his career of finding the perfect vacation home for his clients since 2005. After a successful career in medical device sales in Chicago, he chose to share his passion for life in the Roaring Fork Valley. Previously as the listing broker for the Snowmass Club Residences, Storied Places Sanctuary at Snowmass Club and Four Seasons Residence Club Vail, Richard brokered pre-construction developer units, resale condominiums and luxury fractional ownership as well as short-term and long-term leases. His market knowledge and diligence has been acknowledged by his clients with multiple real estate transactions and by referrals since joining Joshua & Co | Elliman in 2011.

Richard's family purchased a vacation home at the base of Aspen Mountain in 1967 so he learned to ski with the legendary instructors Frog, Toad and Lizard at Buttermilk Ski Area. Just like skiing the four mountains of Aspen Snowmass and fly fishing the Frying Pan and Roaring Fork Rivers throughout the year, the real estate market is an ever-changing landscape.
